Pleasant Stay

Location: Tokyo is a big place. We were able to get around to most places on the subway within about 30 mins. There are 2 stations on 3 (I think) lines within a short walk. (Tamachi and Mita). Mita has a direct link (no change) to Haneda airport but has lots of steps. Tamachi is one stop from the Haneda monorail which means you need to change but there are very few steps. The hotel can be a bit hard to find on your first arrival from the station. Follow the crowds to the office buildings then you’ll see the Pullman building. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, Lawsons and a coin laundry within a very short walk. Staff: fabulous. This is a real highlight of the hotel. You are really well looked after. A special shout out to the Executive lounge crew (esp. Brandon). Thanks for all your local knowledge and great restaurant tips. Room: level 8 room facing the Mitsubishi headquarters was well equipped comfortable and quiet. I suspect rooms facing the rail line would be less so. Aircon was great. Wifi ok. Housekeeping was perfect and the room immaculate. It was spacious by Japanese standards. Gold welcome: pretty poor. Some dried fruit, drinks vouchers in the app. The downstairs bar seems to have a DJ with loud music on week nights. This may or may not be your thing. Executive Lounge: pleasant and generous with beer/wine available most of the day. Food options (5 to 7pm) rotated everyday. Breakfast in the lounge was a let down - just juice, some pasties and the coffee machine. Really you need to go to the main breakfast area. Thankfully they offer Accor Plus discount.

Checked in with a room waiting for us even though we checked in earlier than check in time Thank You Off The rooms are bigger and more modern than most of the Tokyo hotels They even have a bell boy to lug your baggage to your rooms (unlike the other Tokyo hotels we stayed at) Since we are vegetarian the options are limited in Japan For breakfast they have more options and made us veg fried rice and avocados. Their bircher Museli was amazing. Thank You Ravi.

I never stayed in Pullman hotel before! But this property is just spectacular! Location is very convenience 5 minutes walking to the train station. Hotel is beautiful food is so tasty but the service is just great! Everyone is kind, always willing to assist you and never say no ! I loved it

Very Nice Hotel

This was the first time I have stayed at a Pullman hotel. Within the Accor group, it seemed about halfway between a Novotel and a Fairmont. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and liked it a great deal. We had a superior king room that was very nice. We had a few minor issues with the shower but nothing significant. We had access to their Executive Lounge which was very good. The Australian guy working there was extremely helpful. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. It’s a little surprising, though, that the hotel doesn’t have a concierge. There aren’t any major sights or well known restaurants in the area but the Tamachi train station is a five minute walk. Taxis were also pretty reasonably priced. We had better luck with having the hotel call for them as opposed to using Uber. Uber moved the pick-in spot on us a few times at the hotel so we gave up using them. Our room included breakfast. The food was good quality but the variety of food was not as good as some of the other hotels we’ve stayed in during this trip. After a day or two it became pretty repetitious. Overall, we liked the place a lot and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location and room size, the lounge is great and staff are very friendly. Concierge service staff is excellent, as we are not fluent in English language, extremely helpful in helping us to contact the Osen hotel and secure shuttle bus seats for our transfer to the hotel from the train station.
